The chef, Stéphane Côte, applies all the tricks he learned at the hotel school of Libramont to serve you a refined cuisine composed of fresh products selected according to the seasons. At his side, his wife Charlotte, who also studied at Libramont, lives her passion for the profession, and even if she always wants to give her own touch to the dishes, she will welcome you in the dining room. After more than 20 years of experience, they finally took the step to open their own restaurant. L'Incontournable is also a family affair, their two sons support them on a daily basis, the eldest, who also went to the hotel school in Libramont, is already following in his parents' footsteps... On sunny days, the quiet terrace at the back of the restaurant is perfect for enjoying the good weather!

Il s'agissait de notre première visite et le cadre est magnifique. Ensuite, le service a vraiment été impeccable. La cuisine quant à elle était véritablement délicieuse et les vins excellents. Bref, un très bon moment passé dans un établissement qui porte très bien son nom.

ACCUEIL CHALEUREUX NOURRITURE EXCELLENTE ..BONNE PRESENTATION Pour dire qq chose , dans le forfait "vin" ceux-ci étaient bons, mais je n'ai pas ressenti de sensations inhabituelles Il y avait bien deux ans que je n'étais plus allé dans votre restaurant, mais je reviendrai et recommanderai votre étabissement bonne continuation
