Wonderful food! But service is not up to the same standard. The Maitre dHotel is attentive, but the rest of the waiters less so and almost seemed to look away when I finally had to wave to get attention.The woman who brought wine list could not propose how to pair the wine with food as she had no idea about wine. We eat almost as much with our eyes as our palate, but when the lovely tasting soup came it was served alone in a glass on foot with a spoon. There needs to be a a pretty plate or tray underneath at least, so we don’t need to put our dirty spoons directly on the table when we finish. That said, it can all easily be fixed with good will, training and pride in profession.
