About this restaurant

Hof Ter Duinen has an almost 100-year history behind it. From a country estate in the Turnhout dunes to a Braserie on the Antwerp stone road in Turnhout. The current interior dates back to the 50s and the bar won the award of the best bar design in Belgium in 2003. We therefore strive to preserve this interior and continue the "brown brasserie" feeling, even after the fire in 2017. The current building and décor largely survived the fire. After the fire an expansion took place, by enlarging the current room with about 25 seats, a new kitchen, separate dishwashing area, spacious parking and a beautiful restaurant with a spacious heated terrace. After 7 years of Hof Ter Duinen, many experiences from café to friterie, we are proud of what we have achieved. De kwaliteit van het eten was zoals het hoort,...

De kwaliteit van het eten was zoals het hoort, doorsnee bistro en de bediening ook OK. De amuse zoals aangekondigd in het menu hebben we niet gekregen maar voor vier 1cm dikke sneetjes stokbrood moet 3,5€ bijbetaald worden en voor een lepeltje mayonaise 1 €.
