About this restaurant
We are delighted to welcome you to our Lebanese restaurant in the historic heart of Waterloo. Our head chef, Wafic, has been a chef for over 40 years. He therefore has unrivalled experience in the trade. Having worked in the top palaces of Beirut and Dubai in the 80s, he was appointed head chef of the Lebanese diplomatic corps in Belgium in 1987. From 1997 to 2022, the chef owned a small restaurant, "Le Cèdre du Liban", in the Belgian capital. In 2023, Wafic and his son Mohamed decided to join forces and embark on a new project to combine youth and experience. One will bring his culinary knowledge and the other his mastery of entrepreneurship.

Bonne idée de la possibilité de pouvoir goûter...

Bonne idée de la possibilité de pouvoir goûter plusieurs plats différents en proposant le menu "découverte". Ambiance et décors agréables ; musique très discrète qui permet les discussions et les échanges entre les différents convives.
