A gourmet and generous Brussels cuisine, with the taste of our grandmothers' dishes. The ideal brasserie for your family meals or evenings with friends. The interior is warm in winter and the shaded terrace will welcome you all summer long. It is in this charming house of Houtain-Le-Val that Natacha, the manager, welcomes you in all simplicity. The kitchen, just like the atmosphere, is friendly and generous. The menu offers a large choice of typical dishes, wines and regional beers. Fresh and seasonal products are rigorously selected. The vegetables come from organic or reasoned cultures of the region and the delicious AUBRAC meat is honored for the greatest pleasure of the carnivores. From the starter to the dessert, all the dishes are composed on the spot. Except for the baker's bread, everything is home-made!

Super accueil, un service impeccable, aux petits soins avec les clients, tout le personnel est extrêmement souriant et polie dans ça dans une belle ambiance et couronné de plats absolument délicieux. Le tout petit truc manquant était de trouver à la carte des desserts un assortiment fromages pour les clients plus salés et moins sucrés. Nous venons chaque année pour notre anniversaire de mariage et c'est toujours un super moment que nous passons chez Ginette.

Repas très bon mais accueil peu chaleureux...

Repas très bon mais accueil peu chaleureux et impression qu’on avait besoin de la table… 1h pour apéro , entrée et plat: un peu expéditif ! La prochaine fois, on réservera pour 20h ….
