Excellent comme toujours ! Seulement un 5 service le midi semble inapproprié (œnologue pas enchanté, et chariot de fromages absent). Mieux vaut le proposer le soir !!

Globalement excellent repas mais clairement une différence de niveau entre les entrées (niveau gastronomique) et le plat principal décevant Points d'amélioration - Serviette en lambeaux ne devrait pas être à table - Le niveau de la cuisine mérite une table avec nappe - Odeur dans hall et vers toilettes Service agréable
