About this restaurant
The Klynhoeve is probably the oldest farmstead in Retie. It was already mentioned in the 16th century. It was then used as a tithe barn, and is located next to the entrance of the domain of the castle of Rethy. This farm, with its farmhouse, vegetable garden and orchard, provided the castle with all the food it needed at the time. Today, the farmstead is used as a brasserie cum party or meeting room. The beautiful terrace is built above the water of the castle moat.
