About this restaurant
Gastronomic enjoyment in a unique location, with a rich history, that is Restaurant "De Pollismolen". Wim Doumen and Melanie Huyghe, both graduated from the hotel school "Ter Duinen" in Koksijde (and perfected in renowned top restaurants) accepted the invitation of the city of Bree in 2009 to turn the Pollismolen domain into a unique location where the words 'excellence' and 'originality' will be synonymous with the kitchen.In addition to gastronomic meals, we also offer the possibility to lift weddings, family and other celebrations to a higher level.
