About this restaurant
After 20 years of experience as a nurse in the emergency department, I was prodded to take on a new challenge in my life. A challenge that I had been dreaming of for some time, but until now was not on my path. The opportunity suddenly presented itself and it seemed like this was the moment I had been waiting for. After much deliberation, I decided together with my life partner Charlotte, also an emergency nurse, to take the step and continue the care that we have always carried for people in a different way. This in the form of culinary indulgences, where we hope to appeal to your taste buds in a friendly and atmospheric environment.
