About this restaurant
Olivier grew up at the Antwerp South and was not originally destined to open a restaurant. He studied economics and obtained an MBA at the European University in Antwerp. To pay for his studies, he often worked in restaurants and so his love for cooking grew. He came into contact with top chef Eddie Van Maele and followed courses with him for 5 years. After that he did internships in several top restaurants abroad (mainly Spain) to learn modern cooking techniques.
