Our kitchen is tied to the seasons and we use the freshest products as this is the basis for the best final product. Be welcome for lunch and dinner! Gregorio Gaviati is the man behind this wonderful restaurant. He is the former owner of the well-known La Bresaola on Birch Avenue. Four years later, he has added a new Italian restaurant. Da Basilico is about fifty meters down the same street.
