gourmet restaurant in the heart of the city of giants. Maxence and Charles-Maxime have a long history together. Friends since 2010, they spent their school days at the hotel school of Ath. They then became colleagues, but also brothers-in-law and now partners. After working together for a few years, they have shifted different horizons to form a strong duo, Maxence on the savory side and Charles-Maxime on the sweet side. Quai n°4 was born in 2016 and after more than 4 years of conception, we are finally ready to let you travel.
