UMA keeps surprising me and every guest I bring...

UMA keeps surprising me and every guest I bring. The delight of quality and presentation on every plate and in every glass is "hors concours". The service is quick and yet not pressing, reading the mood of the table company. Every time in Brussels, I look forward to come back.
