The food was delicious. Flavours we have never tasted before. We enjoyed our experience. A nice setting and very friendly staff. All this for fear price is truly remarkable. Big thumbs up! We'll be back.

Food was great as usual. However service was...

Food was great as usual. However service was very questionable. Japanese chef was not present and we sit on the bar with open kitchen. Replacement chef fully disregarded sanitary rules. We was making the souse and then tasted it with his own bare finger putting directly in his mouth . He was using same chopsticks for cooking and then tasting again putting it in his mouth. We was eating food while cooking in front of guests. I didn’t see him washing his hands within 2 hours even when we went 2 times in the cave to pick staff . Really disappointing experience. Hope the owners will pay special attention to my comment. And I wish to continue visiting this restaurant with improved service
