Come and discover our restaurant, formerly known as "L'Esprit de Sel", revisited and renamed Brasserie Signature. Since 1996, the brasserie has been welcoming you in an exceptional setting combining tradition and elegance on the Place Jourdan, a stone's throw from the European Commission. We welcome you 7 days a week from 11am to midnight non-stop, whether for a business lunch on the terrace at noon or a family meal in the evening. From the classic brasserie dishes that we like to find every time we visit, to a variety of beef cuts or our fish tank supplied in all seasons, all our products are of the highest quality and prepared by us. This guarantees you a memorable meal at Brasserie Signature, on the terrace or seated in one of our inside areas, warm and modern or typically Parisian brasserie in all its elegance. Très bon service et accueil, les huîtres très...

Très bon service et accueil, les huîtres très bonne mais la cote a l’os Blonde d’Aquitaine m’a par contre très déçu elle était très dur , à la limite de l’inmangable …dommage

The price of the water is not advised properly...

The price of the water is not advised properly and extremelly over-priced. 10€ for a bottle of water from the tap seems excessive. The service was also slow and had no options for people with intolerances, for example, two persons could not take coffe as the Brasserie had nor vegetable milk or lactose-free milk. The menu description was imprecise and not include intolerances information, as we say in Spain, "mucho lirili y poco lerele".

Decue du kitch a l'entrée du restaurant. Coup de fusil, aucun accompagnement à l'apéritif.... un verre de vin à 17 euros ... par contre la nourriture était bonne. Le service ok. Je n'irai plus. Non merci.

The table we were seated at was crammed and...

The table we were seated at was crammed and sitting under an overly hot heater that was very uncomfortable. We were in the enclosed patio and people were smoking inside which was disgusting. We asked to be moved indoors but there was no room, which is fine and understandable in itself, but the waiter didn't care one bit about our comfort and barely paid us any attention. After waiting a while for him to bother taking our order, our level of discomfort forced us to abandon ship and we left to find another place for dinner.
