The restaurant Seino bears the name of its chef: a virtuoso in the kitchen who, after having cooked at Bernard Loiseau's in Saulieu and at Bruneau's in Brussels, opened his own establishment. Qualité de la vaisselle, des plats (particulièrement les entrées et le dessert) et du service. Bémols : le restaurant a oublié l’anniversaire ! Le cuisinier peut parfois tenter des plats qui sortent un peu de la tradition japonaise, même si c’est assumé ce n’est pas toujours réussi.

L'ambiance était très agréable. l'accord boisson et repas était super. Un petit peu déçu du poulet pour mon ami qui n'a pas reçu les meilleurs morceaux. Dans sa globalité, j'ai vraiment apprécié chaque service et les serveurs et serveuses étaient super dans leurs explications. Un tout grand merci pour cette expérience.
