The restaurant Seino bears the name of its chef: a virtuoso in the kitchen who, after having cooked at Bernard Loiseau's in Saulieu and at Bruneau's in Brussels, opened his own establishment. The replacement options for breastfeeding mothe...

The replacement options for breastfeeding mother were completely unsatisfactory. Raw protein was replaced with rice or veggie gyozas, showing complete lack of attention given to the client. As a result, the breastfeeding mother left the restaurant hungry, as she ate less protein than her colleagues. Waiting times for each serving were also very long. A dinner of 5 dishes in 3,5h was quite lengthy. To end with a positive note though, the amuse-bouches were extremely good.
