Bonjour. Points positifs : le service et l'endroit sont appréciés Points négatifs : la qualité de votre viande est décevante (Entrecôte Colonel), nerveuse et un manque de gout. C'est bien dommage pour un restaurant dont c'est la spécialité. Ce n'est pas la première fois. La viande de mon boucher en Ribeye Hereford est sensiblement meilleure... Au prix ou vous proposez votre viande on s'attend a mieux.

Comme chaque fois que nous y allons, le service est impeccable. Les serveurs sont excellents. La qualité de la nourriture est également impressionnante. Nous mangeons toujours de la viande, mais cette fois nous avons commandé un ceviche en entrée et c'était délicieux. Le cote de bœuf "rubia gallega" était incomparable. Toujours un plaisir de revenir.

Première visite du restaurant avec la Côte à l'os Colonel pour deux personnes. On s'est régalé ! Le personnel est charmant par ailleurs. Je recommande !
