The service used to be great and bad luck we had the worst this time. Waiting just for the first drink about 20mn and when we asked again they just forgot us completely. It is absurd to assign 2 waiters for the ŵhole restaurant but this is belgium as always non sens of service for clients.

Chouette concept et initiative pour un restaurant d'hotel, même si il ne se présente pas comme ça. A déplorer le service du roof top...les petits jeunes sont a côté de leurs pompes...(devant 4 clients en attente d'être servi, j'entend qu'il se plaint d'un ou d'une collègue qui lui parle mal...et blablabla...tout ça deavtn les client) Ne s'excuse pas est d'une lenteur et d'un manque de concentration pire que son incompétence ....bref étudiant mal briefé. Si le resp n'est pas là vous perdez de l'argent. Et au restaurant, charmant service belle tentative d'être dans la tendance belgo-coréen-fusion-nature . La présentation des plats est top, y a des chouettes idées, seul bemol bc de sucre...et en rentrant chez moi l'ai vraiment senti...:) Mais c'est un mode de consommation actuel et suis probablement trop vieux pour juger de cela. Peut être est ce voulu pour une clientèle que vous ciblez ...mais voilà Bonne continuation à vous. PS/ la serveuse ou la cuisine ont oublié de nous servir les 6 plats de riz ...Philip De Buck

The food was very bad. We ordered four dishes and could not eat more than a bite of each. They were all bad quality in terms of preparation/ cooking. No compensation was offered. A huge disappointment
