COLONEL FORT JACO : Colonel Fort Jaco sits in a lush and pleasant district. It was born out of a desire to create a unique, unparalleled place: somewhere timeless and effortlessly stylish. The restaurant's cuts are proudly displayed at the butcher's counter located at the edge of the kitchen. We also have a vast rotisserie installed, so our menu here features poultry dishes. Designed as an introduction to its older sibling in the city centre, Colonel Fort Jaco has had no trouble in projecting its own comfortable, confident, inimitable style, and is now a not-to-be-missed venue in the south of Brussels. We'll be delighted to see you in our warm, friendly, and welcoming place with an efficient and attentive team.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans votre établissement. Tout était délicieux. Juste les saint Jacques étaient trop cuites dans toutes les assiettes mais c'est le seul petit bémol. Belles découvertes gustatives et très bon service. A une prochaine fois.
