COLONEL FORT JACO : Colonel Fort Jaco sits in a lush and pleasant district. It was born out of a desire to create a unique, unparalleled place: somewhere timeless and effortlessly stylish. The restaurant's cuts are proudly displayed at the butcher's counter located at the edge of the kitchen. We also have a vast rotisserie installed, so our menu here features poultry dishes. Designed as an introduction to its older sibling in the city centre, Colonel Fort Jaco has had no trouble in projecting its own comfortable, confident, inimitable style, and is now a not-to-be-missed venue in the south of Brussels. Première visite et entièrement satisfait. Excellent repas : cote 5/5 Gentillesse du personnel : venus pour un anniversaire, la personne fêtée a eu droit a une sympathique attention. Très beau décor moderne. Nous reviendrons.

Une belle soirée, un service de grande qualité et un moment vraiment agréable. Clients réguliers, nous avons visité la boucherie pour la première fois. Une côte à l’os de 900gr pour deux personnes. Un régal, un morceau de viande digne des dieux.
