COLONEL FORT JACO : Colonel Fort Jaco sits in a lush and pleasant district. It was born out of a desire to create a unique, unparalleled place: somewhere timeless and effortlessly stylish. The restaurant's cuts are proudly displayed at the butcher's counter located at the edge of the kitchen. We also have a vast rotisserie installed, so our menu here features poultry dishes. Designed as an introduction to its older sibling in the city centre, Colonel Fort Jaco has had no trouble in projecting its own comfortable, confident, inimitable style, and is now a not-to-be-missed venue in the south of Brussels. Comme d'habitude accueil chaleureux, personnel à l'écoute et prévenant. Etant dans l'horeca, j'aime voir que chaque personne est a sa place, pour le plaisir des clients, le professionnalisme de votre équipe aussi bien en cuisine qu'en salle, est extrêmement agréable. Seul petit bémol ce soir, la côte de bœuf était fort grasse! j'avoue que je suis restée un peu sur ma faim, ce qui n'arrive jamais en général. C'est pour cela que je n'ai rien dit, cela arrive.... Mais une fois n'est pas coutume, donc nous reviendrons avec plaisir :-)
