COLONEL FORT JACO : Colonel Fort Jaco sits in a lush and pleasant district. It was born out of a desire to create a unique, unparalleled place: somewhere timeless and effortlessly stylish. The restaurant's cuts are proudly displayed at the butcher's counter located at the edge of the kitchen. We also have a vast rotisserie installed, so our menu here features poultry dishes. Designed as an introduction to its older sibling in the city centre, Colonel Fort Jaco has had no trouble in projecting its own comfortable, confident, inimitable style, and is now a not-to-be-missed venue in the south of Brussels. The meat was way too expensive for the taste....

The meat was way too expensive for the taste. At 55€/100g for the Kobe, you expect a “wow” taste but the way they cooked it tastes like bbq too much and remove the taste of this meat which is supposed to be quite incredible. Nevertheless, the restaurant and vibes are super cool and the service is great. But we were really disappointed to pay 110€ for 200g of Kobe to taste only the burnt of bbq..
