COLONEL FORT JACO : Colonel Fort Jaco sits in a lush and pleasant district. It was born out of a desire to create a unique, unparalleled place: somewhere timeless and effortlessly stylish. The restaurant's cuts are proudly displayed at the butcher's counter located at the edge of the kitchen. We also have a vast rotisserie installed, so our menu here features poultry dishes. Designed as an introduction to its older sibling in the city centre, Colonel Fort Jaco has had no trouble in projecting its own comfortable, confident, inimitable style, and is now a not-to-be-missed venue in the south of Brussels. In our last visit we ate “poulet nanou” it...

In our last visit we ate “poulet nanou” it was one of our favorites but the taste wasn’t like we had it before. Chicken was quite hard and it was like “regular ones” that found in any supermaket.

Retrouvailles avec une amie de longue date réussies. Tataki de bœuf excellent et le colonel (sans son armée) toujours au garde à vous. Un régal ! Merci !
