Malheureusement, la serveuse a renversé trois verres de champagne, qui ont atterri sur ma chemise, mon pantalon et ma veste. Cela peut arriver, et je n’ai aucun problème avec cela. Cependant, je pense qu’un petit geste sur l’addition finale, ou le fait d’offrir les verres, aurait été approprié, mais cela ne m’a pas été proposé. Si vous l’aviez fait, vous auriez transformé un client satisfait en un client extrêmement ravi.
