Nous avons l'habitude de dîner tard le vendredi...

Nous avons l'habitude de dîner tard le vendredi soir, quand j'arrive à Bruxelles avec un vol aux horaires aléatoires, un retard > 1h ce jour. La cheffe de rang a eu la gentillesse de bien vouloir nous accueillir à l'heure limite de fermeture de la cuisine, à 22h59, après avoir pris notre commande par téléphone quelques minutes auparavant. Les mets, notamment les suggestions étaient excellents, comme chaque fois. Le service est attentionné, avec un esprit d'équipe ou chacun est attentif aux clients en salle. L'ensemble est très réussi, dans l'esprit de la grande Brasserie "à la française", adaptée à la sauce Bruxelloise.

Everything was great, except for the kid's...

Everything was great, except for the kid's menu choices and the rumpsteak. The kid's menu used to be fantastic, but this seems to have changed recently. The fish sticks were extremely fishy tasting and the rump steak was overcooked and tough. The waiter noticed that the steak was over cooked and offered to replace it. But as it was shared by two kids and they couldn’t wait another 20 mins for a new steak, especially since the other 8 people had their food, we declined.
