In an attractive and inspired setting, where our senses are awakened (the view on the first floor and the sense of smell on the second floor), the chef Manuel Béjar offers you a creative French cuisine with the promise of the most generous scents of the South where he comes from (Narbonne). A pleasantly varied and attractive menu, but also a flavorful menu. A large place for fish and shellfish will delight all those who deplore the absence of a fishmonger in the region, and all this in a superb contemporary setting. The dishes, delicately prepared, are always based on fresh and quality products, flavored with spices, flowers and carefully selected herbs. You will be able to savor many products of the sea and the earth while plunging you in the heart of the south of France. We also offer business menus for your meetings. A smoking room is available for everyone to enjoy. On December 11, 2014, Manuel Béjar's L'Olivier des Sens was awarded the Delta d'Argent 2015.
