About this restaurant

John Lebrun trained in France, his country of origin, in a number of renowned houses, including the Frères Pourcel in Paris. He was put in charge of the kitchens at the Atelier des Saveurs in Flémalle before moving to the Notger in Liège, where he added gastronomic excellence. For nearly 5 years, he worked at the restaurant Les Roches Grises, where he made a name for himself by combining his creative talent with the demands of exquisite cuisine and a wide variety of dishes. La Table Toquée ... John just opened his own restaurant in Tilff on Oct. 5, 2018, on the site of the former "Le Chalet." His greatest asset, his masterful land/sea combinations and cutting-edge associations of products from around the world. John Lebrun's cuisine is noble in its approach, without disturbing established values, but with a carefully controlled touch of modernity. La Table Toquée, a restaurant in Tilff, has a friendly atmosphere in a cozy setting where you can discover authentic flavors in simple, carefully prepared dishes with a French twist. La saveur des plats proposés. Surtout la divers...

La saveur des plats proposés. Surtout la diversité des petites mises en bouche et l'entrée. Cette partie est délicieuse. Ne serait-il pas possible de ne faire un repas qu'au départ de petites propositions gustatives diversifiées et recherchées?

Toujours aussi bon et beau. Très beau menu avec de belles découverte. Petit bémol pour ma carte des vins qui est en reconstruction et du coup presque plus de référence à celle ci.

Accueil sympa, et tout était très bien, des amuses-bouches aux mignardises, avec une note spéciale pour la préparation du skrei, délicieux ! Le forfait vins était très bien, le chef nous resservant avec attention.

Sans doute le meilleur restaurant de Tilff,...

Sans doute le meilleur restaurant de Tilff, tout était parfait du début à la fin. Amuses bouche originaux, entrées et plats en accords, on sent une cuisine maitrisée. Les vins proposés en accompagnement s'accordaient on ne peut mieux et faisaient preuve d'originalité. Merci au chef mais aussi à l'équipe aux petits soins.
