Come and enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner in our historic building. No-nonsense cuisine where everyone feels at home and where you can satisfy your hunger without going home with an empty wallet! Why Clooster and not Klooster? Well, back in the day, when this place was a Convent for the order of black sisters, they wrote Convent. After all, the property has been around longer than our current version of Dutch.

Rindfleisch "Medium oder a Point" bestellen heißt, es kommt ein rosarotes Fleisch auf den Teller, nicht blutig und nicht beige-braun. Ich bekam mein Fleisch "bien Quiet", reklamierte das und bekam nach 20 Minuten erneut durchgegartes Rindfleisch, hart und faserig - wie kann man da zufrieden sein ?

In the warm sunny evening, I was seated outside...

In the warm sunny evening, I was seated outside. The space quickly filled up. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant attracts a younger crowd, but has a broadly based menu. I enjoyed steak tartare and salad. Sadly I left early because of very noisy people next to me - but that was not the restaurant's fault.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. De Vlaamse klassiekers en een uitstekende prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. We kwamen met een hond en mochten zelf een rustig plaatsje kiezen. Voor de hond was er direct water; zonder dat we erom vroegen en nog voor wij ons aperitief hadden! Heel attent. Hier komen we terug!
