If you can grab a table outside overlooking the morning sun and boat locals, your day is off to a promising start. Valeir's motto is "why not ice cream for breakfast?" The interior has green pastel colors which are inviting and calming, a perfect place to start your day, have your meetings or chat with friends. Try the overnight oats in the Healthy Breakfast with slightly spicy applesauce are a crowd favorite, as well as the Guilty Pleasure, Valerie's favorite.

Grote variatie in zoet en hartig. Creatieve keuken! En lekker ijsje om te eindigen. Alleen werden de gerechten niet vlot aangevuld. Maar we hadden gelukkig tijd.

Brunch a première vue attirant, avec une offre alléchante. Ambiance agréable avec vue sur le canal, en dehors des sentiers touristiques. Mets et menus très bons toutefois 45 minutes d’attente pour nous servir ( en cuisine 3 jeunes filles qui rigolaient beaucoup mais ne faisait pas grand chose). Ma fille a eu son chocolat chaud au début de notre commande et a attendu 45 minutes pour le boire avec son Bagel ( forcément le chocolat chaud n’est plus chaud) Nous avons fait remarquer avec gentillesse le temps d’attente pour préparer 4 bagels avec des œufs au plat, la patronne n’a pas trouvé cela anormal. La réponse est que le samedi il y a plus de monde, et qu’il faut le temps de cuire des œufs !!!! Quelle dommage !!!!

Valair ligt net buiten het centrum van Gent....

Valair ligt net buiten het centrum van Gent. Gelukkig hadden we gereserveerd, daar het erg druk en vol was. Heerlijk ontbijt genoten meet een rappe en goede service. Zou er weer gaan ontbijten.

Mooie en ruim gevarieerde keuze tussen hartige en zoete gerechtjes. Koffie en thee is vrij beperktv (1 tas) en wordt misschien beter aangeboden bij de dessert als het bij 1 tas blijft.
