She's combined owning a butcher's store for 22 years with a passion for the culture, cuisine, simplicity and respectful life in Japan. John-Lee is where everything comes together. All John-Lee Butcher's Burgers are confidently grilled on the olive-pips-heated grill, while our sushi is carefully crafted each day with fresh ingredients. The mix works surprisingly well.
