Thailand is located on the North Sea, more specifically on the prestigious Lippenslaan in Knokke. At house number 130 you step via a the colorful Southeast Asia via a small bridge. This exotic environment with its sea aquarium is a favorite destination for fans of the ultra healthy Thai cuisine. A visit to LOrchidee is a feast for the senses. Butter, cream or fats are taboo here. The blend of coconut milk, ginger, basil, lemongrass and lime create hundreds of subtle perfumes and a wide selection of deliciously light dishes. Fresh herbs and vegetables are brought in every week directly from Thailand. Also, the preparation method steaming or grilling guarantees a tasty and low-calorie feast.
