The restaurant, for a gastronomic break Because the quality of our service also depends on the quality of our dishes, we invite you to take a seat at one of the tables in our restaurant, which is open every day of the week. On the menu you can choose from various dishes with Belgian and French inspiration, as well as seasonal specialties, which are prepared and cooked with particular care. Our chef, Cédric Tennstedt (former chef of the Vieux Maronnier in Nivelles), makes it a point of honor to sublimate fresh and quality products, and to give them his personal touch. All our dishes are prepared on site in our kitchen by a brigade that is attentive to all your wishes. We also offer vegetarian dishes and an exclusively vegetarian buffet on request. The Brasserie Do you fancy a quick and easy meal? That is also possible! Personnel aimable, beau cadre, buffet froid avec beaucoup de choix et de bonne qualité par contre les plats chaud était moins bien.

Le cadre est magnifique mais vous n'êtes pas...

Le cadre est magnifique mais vous n'êtes pas du tout au point pour les personnes intolérantes. On m'a dit que mon boke bowl était sans gluten mais on me sert de la sauce soja avec comme accompagnement. et puis on me laisse sans assaisonnements. le saumon était mariné au soja. Savez-vous que la sauce soja est faite à base de germe de blé.... Etre intolérant ou allergique n'est pas un choix, donc respectez le comme vous respectez les végétariens (qui eux, c'est un choix...) On a le droit d'aller manger où on veut je trouve, il faudrait y faire plus attention.
