The restaurant, for a gastronomic break Because the quality of our service also depends on the quality of our dishes, we invite you to take a seat at one of the tables in our restaurant, which is open every day of the week. On the menu you can choose from various dishes with Belgian and French inspiration, as well as seasonal specialties, which are prepared and cooked with particular care. In season, don't miss our game, our mussels or our asparagus dishes! Some dishes are also specialties of the house and caress the taste buds of our regular guests, such as our famous beef tagliata. Our chef, Cédric Tennstedt (former chef of the Vieux Maronnier in Nivelles), makes it a point of honor to sublimate fresh and quality products, and to give them his personal touch. All our dishes are prepared on site in our kitchen by a brigade that is attentive to all your wishes. We also offer vegetarian dishes and an exclusively vegetarian buffet on request. The Brasserie Do you fancy a quick and easy meal? That is also possible! Then we refer you to the "Bistro" part of our restaurant in Nivelles, where you can take a seat at a table with power point to enjoy your meal and work alone or in coworking. On the menu you will find typical Belgian dishes and classic brasserie dishes, as well as snacks, pasta and quality burgers. Buffets Our catering area also includes a live-cooking section where top-quality all-you-can-eat buffets are prepared regularly, in the afternoon for business lunches, on Friday and Saturday evenings, and on Sundays for brunches. Impeccable sauf la chambre 1214. Pour moi c'était une chambre économique avec WC dans la salle de bain, j'avais réservé une chambre supérieure, en décembre nous avions la 1030 au rez-de-chaussée et les toilettes étaient séparées de la salle de bain et il me semble qu'elle était un peu plus spacieuse. La prochaine fois je téléphonerai pour réserver et fini de réserver en ligne. B.A.V

Nous avons été en famille et avons opté pour...

Nous avons été en famille et avons opté pour le buffet le midi. Nous avons été surpris du choix des différents plats et surtout la fraîcheur et la qualité. Le début un apéritif prévu , puis le buffet très bon du début à la fin. Pour terminer avec des desserts et café ou thé de qualité’ pour 2 de nous. Le personnel compétent et aimable . Nous retournerons avec plaisir.

Le service a été assuré par des serveurs/serveuses accueillante À notre arrivée, notre installation s’est faite rapidement, on attendu moins d’une minute avant d’être installé, les plats également sont arrivés très vite, et ces derniers étaient incroyable ! Franchement merci de nous avoir fait vivre un moment pareille !
