The restaurant, for a gastronomic break Because the quality of our service also depends on the quality of our dishes, we invite you to take a seat at one of the tables in our restaurant, which is open every day of the week. Our chef, Cédric Tennstedt (former chef of the Vieux Maronnier in Nivelles), makes it a point of honor to sublimate fresh and quality products, and to give them his personal touch. All our dishes are prepared on site in our kitchen by a brigade that is attentive to all your wishes. We also offer vegetarian dishes and an exclusively vegetarian buffet on request. Cadre incroyable, accueil exceptionnel , surtout, avec notre chien qui,déjà à notre arrivée, est la bienvenue, hôtesse hyper pro,merci. Ensuite, selon les saisons, nous ne sommes jamais déçu des différentes suggestions. Non,rien à redire, pour nous, le vandervalk, c'est une référence !

Messieurs Mesdames Nous avons été assez satisfaits de la qualité des aliments servis à table - Par contre la qualité du service laisse très sincèrement à désirer quand certains éléments sont manquants dans votre organisation- beaucoup de membres du service à table mériteraient d'une formation un peu plus poussée c 'est un point regrettable très sincèrement.
