About this restaurant
In a lush setting, on the edge of the Spa woods, and next to the Barisart spring, nature is everywhere: in the decoration, on the plate, in the simple and warm welcome.
The concept was born in December 2017, with Cécile Warnimont who gives Barisart an identity born from her different passions: catering, nutrition, nature and wellness. From the end of June 2022, the restaurant opens 7 days a week: Sylvie Baert active in the hotel business in Spa, takes over the place, and her team offers a menu inspired by Cecile, gradually adding some touches for meat lovers. Always giving preference to local artisans. The plates are plant-based, and vegan and gluten-free alternatives continue to be offered, in order to bring together all tastes, around the same table
