For a road trip through the real Italy, you don't have to hop on a Vespa, just slide your feet under the table at Testa Rossi. With us you can taste flawlessly executed classics, but also seasonal regional dishes that you would otherwise only get to taste thousands of kilometers away. A nice piece of meat, fish with fresh vegetables or a perfectly crispy pizza, on our menu you will find as many delicious dishes as there are Vespas driving around in Vilvoorde. If you go for a pizza with a crispy, thin base, then the pizzaiolo will immediately whirl his freshly made dough in the air. In the meantime manager Alain dives into the wine store to select a bottle of your choice. If you have a passion and a nose for wine, walk with him and pick one out for yourself. Let it taste good - and don't forget to finish with a flawlessly executed Italian coffee.

De twee maaltijden, een Vitello Tonato en...

De twee maaltijden, een Vitello Tonato en een runds carpaccio waren niet vers. Beide gerechten waren niet zoals het hoorde te zijn. Bij de tonato was het vlees niet vers en saus leek aangelengd. Bij de carpaccio was het vlees gewoon niet vers noch rauw. Het was gerookte ham. Niet ok. Ik heb amper 1/4 opgegeten, het ging gewoon niet. Niemand die iets vroeg. Leek bijna normaal dat ik mijn bord heb laten staan... De bediening was heel vriendelijk maar het eten was jammer genoeg niet goed.

Personnel très agréable, plats toujours excellents, service rapide mais qui permet tout de même de bien apprécier la soirée. Seul hic: La traduction en français comporte certains plats qui ne sont plus au menu.
