Merveilleux repas au Carpe Diem mardi soir. J'ai pris la salade au tataki du thon et c'était délicieux. Cuit à la perfection et avec des portions généreuses. Carpe Diem fait un excellent travail avec les plats traditionnels belges, mais aussi avec d'autres entrées, comme celle-ci.
