A gourmet and generous Brussels cuisine, with the taste of our grandmothers' dishes. The ideal brasserie for your family meals or evenings with friends. The interior is warm in winter and the shaded terrace will welcome you all summer long. It is in this charming house of Houtain-Le-Val that Natacha, the manager, welcomes you in all simplicity. The kitchen, just like the atmosphere, is friendly and generous. The menu offers a large choice of typical dishes, wines and regional beers. Fresh and seasonal products are rigorously selected. The vegetables come from organic or reasoned cultures of the region and the delicious AUBRAC meat is honored for the greatest pleasure of the carnivores. From the starter to the dessert, all the dishes are composed on the spot. Except for the baker's bread, everything is home-made!

Client de longue date, je suis venu avec 6 amis, j'ai fait découvrir les lieux à 4 d'entre eux (les 2 autres n'étaient venus qu'une fois). Ils m'ont d'emblée dit que j'avais très bien choisi, trouvant le lieux fantastique. Nous avons passé un très bon moment, le personnel était parfait (1 dame brune et 1 demoiselle blonde) et avons très bien mangé. D'ailleurs, mes amis me l'ont dit avant que nous nous quittions. Merci.

Cuisine authentique et délicieuse !! Le service était impeccable : chaleureux et professionnel. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Une magnifique découverte. Et le cadre "d'origine" apporte la touche finale à cet agréable moment.

On est bien accueilli et on y mange bien Mais c’est scandalaleux comme le propriétaire laisse l immeuble se degrader. Ça temoigne d’une mentality assez moche . C est pas grace a lui que le restaurant a du succes.
