In 2005, the owner and creator of Villa Medici, Domenico d'Addazio, embarked on a new adventure:
the opening of the restaurant "Le Gavius".
A fine Italian cuisine restaurant with a décor straight out of a 1960s soap opera, Le Gavius is a real winner.
by the freshness and creativity of its dishes paying homage to Italy.
