The service was slow, not enough staff when...
The service was slow, not enough staff when the restaurant was full. One order was incorrect which the waiter apologised for as his mistake, so a new meal had to be prepared. By the time it arrived, 30 mins later, everyone else at the table had finished and the meal delivered was burnt, so not edible. Got a refund but not a good experience.
