I booked lunch for December 25th. The maître...

I booked lunch for December 25th. The maître d'hôtel told me that only the classic dishes, decided by the chef, were available. There was no Christmas music either. The service was incredibly slow, even though I was the only person in the restaurant. When I asked the maître d'hôtel for dessert recommendations, he simply replied, "I don't eat dessert." So, a very, very big disappointment for a Christmas lunch that I had planned well in advance. Furthermore, I ordered Angus beef, but the head waiter never asked how I wanted it cooked and served me rare beef… almost inedible.

Le restaurant etait vraiment bien, le cadre , le service etc mais je trouve que vous étiez limite niveau menu cela j’ai trouvé ça dommage. J'aimerais savoir quand est-ce que tu vas recevoir le 100€ d'acompte que j'avais versé pour ma réservation du samedi 29 novembre Jusqu'à présent je n'ai pas reçu l'argent, on m'avait dit que je serai remboursé après 6h et là ça fait plus de 6 heures depuis samedi Veuillez me répondre au plus vite ou régler cette situation au plus vite possible merci.
