I regularly come here for lunch. I'm happy with the service, the suggestions on the menu, the setting and what I get on my plate. This time, the service was very poor, the composition of my starter didn't match the menu (the table next to ours asked for more and got a free glass of wine as compensation - I didn't ask for more and got nothing), the veal in my dish was overcooked and stringy, and the dessert ordered at the start of the meal was missing (even though it was the only chocolate option). Fortunately, at the end of the meal, one of your waitresses tried to please us by offering us little squares of brownies.

La nourriture n’étais pas bonne même la cuisson des aliments ne l’était pas de plus les plats étaient trop salé et la viande beaucoup trop dur ! Le prix est très cher pour la qualité des plats très déçu mais le cadre est magnifique

The service was slow after the initial attentio...

The service was slow after the initial attention to the table - the waiter wouldn’t make eye contact or offer to refill our glasses. The duck was very over-cooked. The lobster was really good though.

To be honest the service was a bit slow an...

To be honest the service was a bit slow an sloppy. we had to wait long before we received a menu.. Aperitif arrived almost simultaneously with first course.... The glasses of the aperitive were not taken away even though empty. Main course( i had a steak) was not to the standard i expected. I also expected to have the service of pouring the wine during the dinner( and not only the first glass) Nevertheless not all was bad off course..the wine itself was great, the surroundings, the dessert ..the people who served us were kind... But all things concideredi expected more refinement

Le service hospitalité n’est pas top. J’ai du réclamer pour qu’on vienne me chercher et qu’on m’installe à ma table. Lorsqu’on avait fini de manger on devait ramasser nous même nos assiettes et les déposer près du buffet sinon on se retrouvait avec une montagne d’assiette à nos tables. Le personnel passait devant et ne ramassait pas les assiettes.

Très mauvais service, accueilli en anglais,...

Très mauvais service, accueilli en anglais, on ne trouvait pas ma réservation Attente d'une heure pour le 2ème plat et plus de vingt minutes pour un café et un expresso Un personnel qui parle à peine le français LAMENTABLE
