Le service hospitalité n’est pas top. J’ai du réclamer pour qu’on vienne me chercher et qu’on m’installe à ma table. Lorsqu’on avait fini de manger on devait ramasser nous même nos assiettes et les déposer près du buffet sinon on se retrouvait avec une montagne d’assiette à nos tables. Le personnel passait devant et ne ramassait pas les assiettes.

Très mauvais service, accueilli en anglais, on ne trouvait pas ma réservation Attente d'une heure pour le 2ème plat et plus de vingt minutes pour un café et un expresso Un personnel qui parle à peine le français LAMENTABLE

the food, the service and the atmosphere were fantastic. we had lunch in the patio, the wheather was fine and we were in a holiday mood. we come back when we visit Brussels. Ines
