Table booked, (received an email the day before...

Table booked, (received an email the day before to kindly remind me to be on time !) but not available any more upon arrival (computer bug as it seems). Dishes ALL arrived before cocktails !!! Had to claim drinks 3X ! We ate most of the meal without drinks... At the end of the meal, we ordered 3 teas, but bar issue... 30 minutes later we still did not have them. While waiting I asked fo the bill as we had to take a train. I also inquired several times. We left without the teas although paid. Waitress offered us 3 more free shots as compensation, which was kind of her, but not what we requested. Food was great, but service really poor yesterday. Maybe just a bad day ?

Les plats étaient délicieux, service sympa,...

Les plats étaient délicieux, service sympa, prix tout à fait corrects. ambiance au top pour ceux qui cherchent l’ambiance. Pour nous, la musique allait trop fort mais nous ne connaissions pas le concept. C’est donc une erreur de casting de resto de notre part. Si vous cherchez un resto où faire la fête, foncez.

Very nice food and atmosphere. Very nice, smiling waitress One big negative point: I choose the restaurant to celebrate my girlfriend birthday and informed upfront. Promise was to do something during dessert. But nothing came.

Everything was very nice, food was good, service was fast and friendly Only two minor things to say 1) The chair my partner was sitting on had tacks that ripped her stockings and skirt. Probably would be good in these cases to put some cushion to avoid this situations or hurting the person (there was a very bad nail sticking out hurting her leg) 2) The music was super loud and made very difficult to talk, I know you have this policy of "before 8pm calm and after party mood" however it was really loud, perhaps something "party mood" but allowing people to talk ? just an idea Otherwise, love the place and the vibe

La nourriture est toujours très bonne . Mais...

La nourriture est toujours très bonne . Mais je trouve que le service toujours sympathique est impoli : on enlève les assiettes trop vite et quand un des convives n’ a pas fini de manger . Cela ne se fait pas . La manie de parler en anglais est fatigante , quand on est francophone. Merci
