Het bestaat nog: restaurants die misschien niet hip zijn van sfeer, maar waar voortreffelijk gekookt wordt. Zowel de carpaccio van coquilles als de haas waren onovertroffen in hun pure smaak.
Les plats étaient inventifs et très bien exécutés. Le menu 4 services a été adapté aux goûts de mon convive.
The food, drinks and services on the night was flawless. We had booked the private dining space. It was really comfortable and just the right size for our group. Thank you to all the team and I look forward to visiting again, the next time I'm back in Brussels.
Nous avons pris le menu 5 services. Un délice du début jusqu’à la fin avec de très bons vins en accompagnement.

Nous avons passé une soirée mémorable, enchantés, comme à l'habitude par un feu d'artifice de goûts délicas et inattendus. Mes convives en ont été soufflés. Je ne puis que conseiller à certains critiques d'art de venir découvrir ce qu'est vraiment le "eat-art"
