Waiters not prepared: They brought us the wrong...

Waiters not prepared: They brought us the wrong plate and they don't move well between the tables, touching other people, moreover they touched several time my glass putting their fingers on the top, where I should put my mouth. Also, waiting time too long time between 2 courses. There is no space to hang a bag. Very low quality of the meat. We had the Cote a l'os, it was hard to bite and definitely overpriced.

Neither service nor food was not up to standard...

Neither service nor food was not up to standards. Waiters tend to stress you by coming to ask you if you have finished two minutes after your last bite. Meat was not tendre and parts were overcooked and difficult to chew. Not the COLONEL of earlier days....

Les prix sont exagérés pour une viande de quali...

Les prix sont exagérés pour une viande de qualité correcte, sans plus. Le côté "BlingBling" attire un public surparfumé, surmaquillé et surconnecté créant une atmosphère Basic Fit Bimbo très désagréable et loin de l'ambiance chaleureuse dont j'avais rêvé.

While the starter was nice, I - and my guest...

While the starter was nice, I - and my guest (table of 2) waited a very long time for the main course to arrive. When it did arrive, it was cold (lukewarm) - the meat was cold, the sauce was cold, the sides were cold and the plate was cold. We had to send everything back to the kitchen to request that it be warmed up. When it arrived again the meat had been dried out due to the warming process. The proper procedure would have been to cook a new piece of meat. This is not an acceptable standard. A disappointing experience.

Serveur poussant à un choix (côte à l’os espagn...

Serveur poussant à un choix (côte à l’os espagnole, sans demander la cuisson). Les autres tables avaient reçu la même recommandation, à croire que le restaurant tentait de s’en débarrasser. Une fois la viande arrivée, très fibreuse, le serveur était complément absent (bouteille d’eau vide, cocktail terminé, aucune question…). Pour débarrasser, il ne se gênait pas pour prendre les assiettes, verres et bouteille vides sans même poser la question si nous avions terminé et s’il pouvait reprendre.. Par contre pour pousser les autres tables à commander à nouveau, il ne se gênait pas.. Service très disparate. Dommage alors que nous étions très satisfaits sur les précédentes visites. Nous attendrons cette fois ci avant de le faire.

Extremally overpriced for bad quality of stake...

Extremally overpriced for bad quality of stake (I have ordered a premium stake). It was my second visit there and second disappointment. I had much better ones for lower price. The staff was super nice though.
