The restaurant Seino bears the name of its chef: a virtuoso in the kitchen who, after having cooked at Bernard Loiseau's in Saulieu and at Bruneau's in Brussels, opened his own establishment. A beautiful fine-dining experience. Some of the flavours were familiar from my trip to Japan, while others were completely new. The textures and compositions were beautiful. At times, the waiting between dishes felt a bit too long, but overall this restaurant is a hidden gem. I would highly recommend it and will definitely visit again.

everything was delicious and with an original twist GREAT service small caveat my husband didn't like the dessert (we took the menu) but next time we will align before we order :-) We will certainly go back
