Le chef s'est surpassé! Tous les plats étaient délicieux y compris amuse-bouches et mignardises. Les ris de veau au feu de bois étaient croustillants et succulents. L'assortiment de vins bien commentés par la sommelière était parfait. Service impeccable. Maxime est venu gentiment bavarder avec nous. Bonne ambiance dans l'ensemble.

First of all the art of Chef’s dishes fascinated me. In each dish I enjoyed more than two or three fantastic experiences of taste. I mean not one. Always thrilling. Then the service was professional and refined. Of course also the atmosphere was very nice. Sophisticated and comfortable. Chapeau !
