Le personnel est très agréable et attentif....

Le personnel est très agréable et attentif. Nous avons cependant été obligé d'attendre une heure. Bien que la réservation était fixée à 12 heures, le restaurant n'était pas nettoyé. Nous avons dû attendre jusque 13 heures. Cela nous a semblé long.

It is not of the level of a five star hotel!...

It is not of the level of a five star hotel! All there is on the type of a very small snack bar menu is junk food and nothing really as good Belgian food! The waitress from the Philippines was very pleasant but didn’t know what pork bellies meant in French but we had a calm private table for a business lunch with three guests from abroad! However they were shocked by such a poor upgrade restaurant menu and selections
